deposit
All wedding packages require an upfront $900 deposit to reserve the wedding date. Elopement package requires an upfront $400 deposit to reserve the date. The deposit is NOT additional to the cost of the packages.
NOTE - A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER IS INCLUDED IN CERTAIN WEDDING PACKAGES ONLY IF BOOKED A MINIMUM OF 1 MONTH BEFORE THE DATE (VIDEOGRAPHER 2 MONTHS).
NOTE - YOU MAY PUT IN A REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC PHOTOGRAPHER + VIDEOGRAPHER, BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE ONE YOU REQUEST WILL BE AVAILABLE. WE HAVE HAND SELECTED MEMBERS OF THE TEAM WHO TAKE EQUALLY AMAZING QUALITY AND BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS. Reach out and ask any questions you might have. You can schedule a consultation call as well with us, where we will go over the steps of signing a contract, paying the upfront deposit, and filling out a questionnaire.
Step 02
contact US
It's time to book. You will sign a contract and pay an upfront deposit to book. The upfront deposit guarantees that the date is yours and that you are serious about working with us.
Step 03
officially booked
Your booked! So what next? We will assign one of our photographers and/or videographers to your session and send a questionnaire over for you to fill out so we can get to know you a little better and get a feel for what you are looking for in your session. If you're booked for a wedding, we'll also have you send over a final timeline along with a family shot list (we have a template for you to use that we will send over). During the time between booking and our session, you can reach out through email, text, or call with any questions that might come up or update us on details we might need to know.

Instagram Reel Video
A short, energetic highlight designed specifically for social media. It’s perfect for Instagram and quick previews that get people excited to see more.
Ceremony Coverage Video
A clean, beautifully edited version of your ceremony from start to finish. This is not just a highlight - it’s a documentary-style edit that lets you relive each meaningful moment as it unfolds. Vows, readings, processional, and all the heartfelt parts are included in a cohesive story.
Reception Coverage Video
A full edit of the key moments from your reception - without skipping the important stuff. This video captures everything from grand entrances and speeches to first dances and celebration moments. It’s crafted to reflect the authenticity of your day in a polished, well-paced format.
Highlight Film
A 5 or 7 minute highlight film is carefully and beautifully edited to include the highlights of your wedding. The film shows close attention to all the little details of your wedding and conveys all the emotions of your day.
How long does it take to get our photos, videos, and/or content creation videos?
Wedding Photography - The entire collection of photos will be edited and available to view and download 4-12 weeks after your big day! But don't worry, you will get a sneak peak of images in an album within a week after your wedding to post and get a taste of what's all to come!
Wedding Videography - The entire video will be edited and available to view and download 8-10 weeks after your big day!
Wedding Content Creation - All RAW photos and/or videos will be delivered through Airdrop or Dropbox within 24 hours. The 2-10 minute iPhone video will be edited and available to view and download 2 weeks after your big day! The ceremony video will be delivered within 2 weeks after the wedding.
Portraits - The photos will be edited and available to view and download 1-4 weeks after the shoot.
Events - The photos will be edited and available to view and download 3-8 weeks after the event is shot.
How do I get all my wedding photos and/or videos?
We deliver your photos through an online gallery and send you a link so you can download them. This online gallery is linked to WHCC, one of our recommended printing companies. You have the option of adding your favorite photos to your shopping cart and buying them in different prints! It's very user-friendly. You have 2 years from the gallery delivery date to download the photos and/or purchase prints. After that, the online gallery disappears, but you can buy a physical backup copy of the photos you selected on a flash drive before the gallery disappears.
We deliver your video through Dropbox. Dropbox preserves the quality and does not compress the file, so you will receive the highest quality for your wedding video. You have 2 years from the video delivery date to download the video. After that, your video will disappear from Dropbox, so we recommend downloading a backup on a flash drive or other external drive.
